• If an agent refers from another division or to another agent, they can work out a referral amongst themselves.
• If an employee sends a successful buyer or seller to Cedar One Realty, they will be put in a raffle pulled every 6 months for a variety of prizes.
• If an agent refers another agent, they will get a $250.00 referral and a perpetual 2.5% override as long as they are both agents at Cedar One Realty.
• If an employee recruits another agent, they will get a $250.00 referral fee.

• If an agent refers another agent, they will get a $250.00 referral and a perpetual 2.5% override as long as they are both agents at Cedar One Realty.
• If an employee recruits another agent, they will get a $250.00 referral fee.

• If an agent refers a renter, they will get a $50.00 referral fee.
• If an agent shows a renter and they rent, the agent will get 25% of the first month’s rent.
• If an agent refers a new owner to manage, the referral fee will range from $250.00 to $1,000.00.
• If an employee refers a renter to Cedar One, their name will go into a raffle for a TV or something similar, raffled every 6 months.

• If an agent or employee sends over a one-time job, they will be entitled to a 2% referral fee off of the total job revenue.
• All employees qualify for the friends and family rate for work they personally need done. This rate does not extend to friends and family of the employee or agent.

If an agent has the potential to get compensated financially on a deal they are involved in, a disclosure must be executed prior to payment.

• If an agent or employee sends GoGo Pest a new recurring customer, they will get a $100.00 referral fee.
• One-time jobs up to $5,000: referral fee is 7% of the total job or $20, whichever is greater.
• One-time jobs from $5,001 to $50,000: referral fee is 6% of the total job.
• One-time jobs from $50,000 and up: referral fee is 5% of the total job.
• If an agent sends GoGo Pest out for a pest inspection, the agent will receive a $15.00 referral fee.
• If an agent sends GoGo Pest out for termite remediation, the agent will receive a $100.00 referral fee.

• Any employee or realtor with The Cedar One Group gets a 2% referral on any sales they send to the showroom.
• For your personal residence, any employee or realtor gets kitchen, flooring, and other materials at company cost.

• Any employee or realtor with The Cedar One Group gets a referral of $100–$200 per install they send over.
• For your personal residence, any employee or realtor gets equipment at company cost.

• If you refer or recruit a new employee, you will get a $250.00 referral after their 6-month probationary period.
• If you recruit a new real estate agent, you will get a $250.00 referral fee after their 6-month probationary period.
