Joe is the CEO, Founder & Broker of The Cedar One Group, Cedar One Realty, and Steel Valley Contracting & Maintenance, Ltd. He is married to his wife Tiffany Di Cesare Luckino, who works alongside him growing Cedar One into a thriving family business. They have three children — Leigha, Santino, and Lola — and reside in Steubenville, serving the surrounding areas with pride.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Joe graduated from Indian Creek High School in 1998 and Walsh University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication with a concentration in Biology. In college he completed an internship with Northwestern Mutual, where he was recognized in USA Today as one of the top 20 interns in the country for his production. Eli Lilly recruited Joe before graduation, making him one of the company’s youngest pharmaceutical representatives in the country, covering part of the Midwestern region of Ohio for two years.

But his heart was in real estate. Joe took real estate classes at night, and in 2004 used his savings to start Cedar One Properties in the basement of his parents’ home. He went on to earn his broker’s license in Ohio and West Virginia and grew Cedar One from a one-man venture into a full-service brokerage with a full team of agents and property management for both residential and commercial real estate — later spinning off Cedar One Residential, Cedar One Commercial, and Cedar One Storage. Seeing the need for contracting and maintenance for his clients, he founded Steel Valley Contracting & Maintenance, Ltd.

Today his companies employ 78 real estate agents, 18 full-time contractors and maintenance staff, and 35 full-time office employees across 8 offices in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
